• We provide savings at the pharmacy by alerting you by text or email when you can save money on your prescriptions. Preventive medications under the Affordable Care Act are covered in full with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
• Virtual primary care is available on all health plans. If you want to talk or text with a doctor virtually, you have access to 98point6 and Doctor On Demand. A board-certified doctor can see you in minutes and even send a prescription to your pharmacy. Virtual care visits generally cost less than an in-person visit.
• Virtual mental health care and substance use treatment are available 24/7. Our virtual mental health care providers allow you to talk or text with Talkspace or Doctor On Demand. If you need help finding an in-person mental health provider, use the free Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health service. You’ll receive a list of providers taking appointments. If you or a loved one are struggling with alcohol or substance use disorder, Boulder Care or Workit Health provide treatment virtually.
• Personal, one-on-one support from a licensed clinician is included with your health plan at no extra cost. If you or a family member is diagnosed with a serious illness or disease, has an ongoing or complex medical condition, needs surgery, or is admitted to the hospital, a trained professional can navigate the complex healthcare system to help you get the best treatment and care.
